Living Development Concept (LDC)’s CEO, Henry Miller, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The NRP Group LLC to embark on an impactful collaboration. Together, we aim to develop a multifamily housing project in the Madison community and the greater Nashville area.
This initiative is expected to bring approximately 240 units across two 4-story apartment buildings with surface parking, providing safe, affordable housing for low-income individuals and families. This partnership represents a meaningful step toward preserving affordability and fostering community in Nashville, TN.
