We are thrilled to announce The Second Annual Community Kickback on Saturday, December 14th from 1-3PM CST at Bradley Academy: 511 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd in Murfreesboro, TN 37130. This is an event dedicated to bringing joy and support to our community this holiday season. Through a partnership with Bradley Academy, we will be providing Christmas lunch and gifts from wish lists to several underserved families.
This festive gathering is a time to come together, enjoy a delicious meal, and share in the holiday spirit. Hosted by Living Development Concepts (LDC) & Triple D Enterprise along with partner 16:10 Now & Then, we’re committed to making this season a bit brighter for families in need.
Our Chief Executive Officer, Henry Miller was selected as a fellow in the Inaugural Real Estate Developers (R.E.D.) Academy. This prestigious program, spearheaded by the Urban League of Middle Tennessee (ULMT) and powered by Amazon, aims to empower developers of color and enhance affordable housing development in the Nashville area.
Additionally, The R.E.D. Academy is set to bring significant benefits to LDC and its community of stakeholders. The enhanced training and networking opportunities aid in empowering Henry to further LDC’s mission of building affordable housing and creating strong neighborhoods. The mentorship and financing components also provide valuable resources for LDC’s ongoing and future projects, ensuring the organization can continue to make a meaningful impact on the community.
