The Emergency Medical Benevolence Grants (EMBG) Program is designed to support pediatric cancer patients receiving treatment at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. It provides small direct grants to patients who meet specific medical and financial criteria on a first-come, first-served basis (as funds are available).
No family should have to fight pediatric cancer alone. At Living Development Concepts, Inc. we are doing our part to help create a vital safety net and offer emergency relief to families facing sudden medical crises while receiving treatment at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Middle Tennessee.
Through our Emergency Medical Benevolence Grant Program, we also provide:
- Custom Comfort & Care Bundles (which can include games and toys for the child receiving treatment)
- Transportation Assistance (which can be used to cover Gas & Parking Fees to help ease the daily financial burden of hospital commutes)
- Caregiver Respite Relief Package (which can include items intended to provide comfort for those caring for the patient)
