Living Development Concepts, Inc. (LDC) is launching an initiative for homebuyers by partnering with You Can Make It Homeownership Center (a HUD approved Housing Counseling Agency). This homeownership program is specifically for those within the 80% income limit, as detailed in the chart below. Training for ten (10) selected participants will be provided at no cost, if you meet the eligibility criteria. Click the key link below to fill out the form and join this unique opportunity! Available to residents in the Middle Tennessee area (see details below; some restrictions apply), the workshop is designed to assist individuals with limited knowledge of the home buying process, where participants can expect to learn the most relevant information on pre- and post-purchase topics. Classes are led by certified instructors, in an interactive, 6-hour format. Once completed, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion, which is a requirement for affordable loans and down payment assistance programs.
