The Mindset Change Entrepreneurial Program (MCEP) was created to inspire and engage participants in the fundamental aspects of an entrepreneurial mindset. MCEP is designed for workforce development audiences as well as those who may have a blemished background record or are having a difficult time obtaining permanent employment.
LDC has partnered with Tory Crutcher, principal of The Crutcher Group, Inc., which provides Facility Cleaning and Maintenance services to a variety of businesses. These services consist of Janitorial Services, Commercial Office, Residential Cleaning, Lawn Care Services and more. Mr. Crutcher will be the lead Facilitator/Mentor of the entrepreneurial learning process. To ensure the quality of the trainee’s experience and a core understanding of Mindset Change philosophy, the mentor must have been in business for over five years and be an active business owner that has a proven track record.
