Henry Miller is the Executive Director and Founder of LDC. His unique skill set makes him a valuable asset in the development of Affordable Housing and to Living Development Concepts’ development team. Mr. Miller is also a Realtor and has an active Real Estate Affiliate Broker’s License with Cornerstone Realty. An 18-year veteran of the nonprofit housing development industry and over 33 years as a Realtor, Henry oversees the development of LDC’s single-family homeownership and rental programs, education and construction. He represents LDC and the need for affordable housing to political organizations and government affiliates at the local levels.
Anthony (Tony) Eubanks is a Project Administrator that has held a general contractor residential license for over 31 years. Tony owns Eubanks and Sons Construction Company which has a BuildZoom score of 104 which places the company above 91% of 55,771 contractors in Tennessee. He is a full service General Contractor serving the Middle Tennessee area and is proud of the many projects he has completed to date.
C. Richard Smith is in charge of Development and is an active real estate broker with 28 years in the real estate industry. Richard is knowledgeable of real estate law, ethical practice, market trends and valuation principles in Tennessee and other areas of the Country. An experienced closer with other agencies, organization and companies, he carefully monitors each step in the process. For each person involved, constant communication makes for a successful outcome.
Duanna Murphy-Miller is our Executive Assistance who works closely with the Executive Director and the board relative to acquisition, renovation, management and administration of rental properties for low income population in compliance with funding source. Duanna has done extensive research of MDHA, HUD, THDA and HOME Program compliance. She draft documents regarding contractor, rental, program and miscellaneous agreements and responsible for identifying and qualifying for grants.
Tammy Wilson is our Volunteer Coordinator with over ten (10) years in the nonprofit volunteering arena, Tammy is instrumental in leading our volunteer program to fulfill our mission. This program offers our client the opportunity to collaborate with professionals in this industry and for information, advice and guidance. All training is coordinated by Ms. Wilson with all of the tools necessary to successfully serve our community through our program. Her work ethics can be described as reliable, honest and consistent. Her experience and vision is a great asset to our organization.
Derrick Miller is our Volunteer Coordinator in Murfreesboro and has over two (2) years experience in the nonprofit volunteering arena. He will lead the call for our cause-based missions by collaborating with other organizations in Murfreesboro and matching our volunteers’ skills and strength with causes that lean into their interest. Derrick will utilize his leadership and over six (6) years managerial experience to promote and further our mission. His goal is to generate an enthusiastic, broad-based staff and continuously learn for program improvement which will lead to success and growth.
